Hardware Components Capabilities

Hardware Components Process Overview

Hardware components manufacturing involves the production of fastening, fitting, and mechanical components such as bolts, nuts, screws, washers, pins, and custom hardware parts.

The process begins with raw material selection such as steel wire, bar stock, or sheet metal depending on product type. The material is cut, forged, or formed into required shapes using cold heading, hot forging, stamping, or machining processes.

Secondary operations such as threading, drilling, tapping, milling, and heat treatment are performed to achieve required strength, dimensional accuracy, and functional performance. Surface finishes such as galvanizing, zinc plating, black oxide coating, nickel plating, or polishing improve corrosion resistance and durability.
